Jumpy, with a history of playing professional himself, started his coaching career 2016 in CSGO. After having some success coaching at the highest level in CSGO he decided to take on a new challenge, switching to Valorant and joining EXCEL at the start of 2021. After being in esports so long he has gathered a lot of knowledge and experience through out the years. He is also very interested in human behaviour and how you get the individual as well as a team to perform the best they can do.
